Meet with you to discuss your exact recruitment needs
Spend time with your existing staff to help us identify the best match for your team
Advertise on appropriate websites & or publications
Acknowledge & screen ALL applicants
Organise and conduct 1st interviews – to DVD
Meet with you to discuss the DVDs & CVs for short-listed applicants
Organise second interviews
Handle all rejected & on-hold applicants
Create & send offer letters (if required)
Apply for references (if required)
