Career Coaching

Career Coaching supports you in getting the most from you career, which is particularly important in a time when futures are uncertain and jobs are no longer for life. It is a process that helps you to identify your skills and abilities, career motivators and drivers and career goals in line with the needs and goals of organisations.

The process starts with an initial diagnostic discussion with an Executive Coach. They will assess your current professional situation and guide you through an in-depth process to explore the options and clarify the desired outcome. Obstacles in the pathway to success will be identified, and a powerful action plan will be designed to move you forward. There is no one size fits all approach – every client is unique and needs pragmatic support based on real understanding of your needs and drivers.

Career coaching can be used to support you in any of the following scenarios:

  • Securing a new job e.g. post redundancy

  • When facing a redundancy situation

  • Pre-retirement planning

  • Redeployment of individuals within an organisation

  • Staff retention by identifying career goals and objectives or improving leverage and movement for progression

  • Changing career e.g. new role and/or company

  • Work / Life balance challenges

  • Difficult Career decisions

  • Self Employment decisions

  • Portfolio Careers

Our coaching programmes are designed to help you:

  • Take stock - being clear about where you are now and your  next steps

  • Understand your personality and best fit roles

  • Develop powerful networks and expand your horizons

  • Focus on preferred options and develop a pragmatic personal plan for progression - what needs to be done, how, when and where
